KLAP Festival is almost here!

KLAP Festival is every year visited by around 100 international industry delegates and 900 national TYA professionals. This year the festival takes place 14 – 21 April. A week that includes around 700 presentations with performances starting every quarter of an hour.

To get the most out of the festival we recommend that you arrive early Monday 15 April and depart Sunday 21 April late afternoon.

As an international delegate, you register by purchasing one of the following delegate packages (subject to availability):

Delegate Package with accommodation (single room incl. breakfast)

• 6 nights, Monday 15 April – Sunday 21 April: 5,670.00 DKK
• 4 nights, Wednesday 17 April – Sunday 21 April: 3,720.00 DKK
• 2 nights, Friday 19 April – Sunday 21 April: 1,485.00 DKK

Delegate Package without accommodation (find your own accommodation)

• Monday 15 April – Sunday 21 April: 1,215.00 DKK
• Wednesday 17 April – Sunday 21 April: 750.00 DKK
• Friday 19 April – Sunday 21 April: 415.00 DKK

In need of an additional night?

In addition to the delegate packages, it is possible to book extra nights (subject to availability).
